Complaints are divided into two groups: general complaints and complaints related to payment transactions.
Procedure for submitting a payment transaction complaint:
You can submit a payment transaction complaint if you have detected an unapproved or improperly executed payment transaction on your bank statement. You submit a complaint request by completing the appropriate request - for card or other payment transactions:
- Complaint request for a card payment transaction (.pdf)
- Complaint request for other payment transactions (.pdf)
Send the completed and signed application by e-mail to info@intesasanpaolobank.si or hand it in at the nearest branch of the bank.
Procedure for submitting a general complaint:
To submit a general complaint, fill out the online form below and, if necessary, add an attachment with more detailed information related to the reason for the complaint (description of the event/service, submission of supporting documents, etc.).
