You need to visit one of our branches to activate your online and mobile banking.

But you can downolad the mobile application (Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Mobile) that you need for logging in your online banking (for creating an one time password) from:

You never need to worry about finding your portable reader for generating one-time passwords. Use the #withKEY built-in feature of the mobile app to access our online banking and authorize transactions through online banking:

  • Find the #withKEY functionality on the login screen. Enter your PIN or use biometric scanning to create a secure one-time password.
  • With the #withKEY functionality, you can get one-time passwords for added security since you need your personal PIN or biometric information to access it. Each one-time password you create is valid for 90 seconds. After it expires, you can simply request a new one.
