Due to the latest unpredicted events regarding the situation in Ukraine, please be informed that, on EU, USA and United Kingdom level, there have been adopted new restrictive measures against physical and legal persons which might affect the businesses and payment transactions.

The Bank is closely monitoring the events and all legal developments related to the restrictive measures will be promptly included into internal rules and processes. The bank will do whatever in its power to assists its clients and to assure that their business activities will not be in breach of the restrictive measures. Due to the above, you might expect all transactions related to the Russia, Belarus and Ukraine to be subject of enhanced due diligence and controls by the Bank. 

We kindly ask You to monitor the events also yourselves. You can also check the latest development on the EU Sanctions Map website located at which you can verify if perhaps any of your business partners has been subjected to the sanctions measures:

US has issued their own embargoes list of individual and business entities which can be verified by searching them on the following link:

We are also informing you that due to restrictions on operations with Sberbank d.d. only urgent payment orders can be performed on this bank, which can lead to higher transfer costs. In accordance with the tariff of Banka Intesa Sanpaolo d.d. for Business clients 7,70 EUR is charged for each such payment order in the Commercial Banka IN .
