We inform you that from Tuesday 5 November 2024 from 9 p.m. to Wednesday 6 November 2024 until noon the mobile and online bank will be upgraded, so its operation may be temporarily interrupted.
You will download the new version from the online store. (We warn you not to delete the existing application from your mobile phone!)
After updating the application, the first time you enter the mobile bank, you may need to log in with your PIN code (even if you are usually accessing it using a biometrical method such as face recognition or fingerprint). We recommend that you try to enter the application with your entry PIN code as soon as possible to make sure that you know it. If you find out that you do not remember the PIN code, please visit our nearest branch as soon as possible or call our Contact Center on the toll-free number 080 13 18 for more information.
